Nissan SGX Change Engine To Higher Models

I am wondering if it is possible to upgrade my 1990 Nissan Sentra SGX car's engine to any new series of sentra models 93 above. Thanks in advance for any comments mga sirs.

Sir I'm not sure pero sa nakita ko sa wikipedia almost the same yung engine na nakalagay 1.4 GA14DE baka pwede din yung GA16DE. Sencia na mga sir newbie hir pa eh.

I even read in some threads and buy'n'sell sites about that SGX (b12 body) fitted with a diesel engine.

b12 ang sgx boxysentra.. iba sa b13 supersaloon sentra.. kung mafifit mo yan, electrical ang prob mo unless papalit mo ung GA16S na galing sa AD resort... ung GA16de EFI kasi...KAHIT ga13S OK NA OK din ipalit..

From what I have read...

You can fit in the B12 Sentra the GA16DE and SR20DE engines but you have to move one of the engine supports for it to align properly.

Best fit would be the GA13,15 or 16DS. Its still a carb engine so not much modification and changes needed.
