November 30th, 2008 11:19 AM #7I have the same problem. Parehong pareho po yung nangyayari pero we checked further, we removed the high tension wires from the distributor cap to check if it fires pero walang lumalabas na electricity from the distributor. We checked naman yung wires going to it we got a good reading of 12V. Can we say na nasa loob ng distributor ang problema? Pero anong part ng distributor? Can someone tell me please pano kalasin yung distributor assembly para mapa-check ko.. TY

January 3rd, 2009 02:40 PM #9Nangyari sakin yan last week.

November 8th, 2009 01:03 PM #101st thing I learned from my Overheating S4 ''98 model is that it wont allow me to crank my Engine above Engine temperature Preset sa ECU. happen to me 2x when I failed to Rekta my Aux fans.
2nd thing that I learned is that the small Terminal lead above the starter Loosen, it's hidden by the air intake manifold.( medyo mahirap abutin )
3rd My S4 '98 being an A/T needs to be on P or N before starting, found out that the Limit switch sometimes fail & wont give me permissive to start.
