Re install your thermostat, check your HTW- if its more than 5 years old then replace it with an OE one

August 12th, 2012 09:44 PM #6sir , kung sabi mo ay sentra 93, ibig mo ba sabihin ay series 2 ? o late model na sgx ? kung series 2, carb or fuel injected ? maganda nga siguro madagdagan mo ng konting details. palagay natin na talagang kapag umiinit lang (na hindi naman nag overheat), may posibilidad na ign coil , siguro. pero madali mo naman malaman ito. kapag sabi mo nainit at humina ang batak, subukan mo palamigin ang coil sa paglagay ng basahan na binasa pero piniga para ma absorb init ng coil (huwag mo lang kalimutan patayin muna makina, baka makiliti ka sa kuryente, 10,000 volts mahigit yan, pero low current naman). kung gumanda, malamang coil nga. tama rin naman na baka nagbara ang thermostat mo, kaya restricted flow ng tubig , pero malamang mag register din ito ng mataas na water temp. kung fuel injected sya, at restricted ang thermostat, palitan nga sya. may oe na thermostat, pero mahal ito, palagay ko sa tagal na, may replacement thermostat na sa aftermarket, at baka ang opening pa , mas mababa ang temp. kapag nagkabit ka kasi ng surplus, kadalasan, mataas ang opening temp .

Di rin kaya MAF sensor rin?
Part shops you can inquire with are Nisway (Ligaya near Pasig Marcos highway), Youngbros (Banawe), Advance (Pasay Taft)
Check your ignition system as aforementioned, also your engine timing and the other basics before going to more pricey fixes.

Pero kaninang umaga na pansin ko pg nka On ung A/C mejo mahina hatak pg mainit ung engine. pg nka off ung A/C malakas hatak ksi nilinis ko ung spark plug kahapon. nkipg karera nga ako kanina sa Honda.. natakot lng ako ksi over speeding na.

August 14th, 2012 09:34 PM #10sir, konting atras uli ha. ang normal water temp ay 1/3 lang, tanda ko. kaya kung nag kalahati water temp mo, may problema talaga. nag maintain ka ba ng paglagay ng radiator coolant ? if so, kailan ka last nag flush ng cooling system ? kung di mo na matandaan, i consider mo palinins cooling system mo. hanap ka talyer or gas stationa na nag offer ng lav ramon(di ako sure sa spelling, he he). sa ganitong paraan, hindi lang radiator mol kundi buoong cooling system mo malilinis at ma flush. medyo mahal nga lang. kung tingin mo naman, na alagaan mo ang coolant, mag diy ka na lang ng radiator flushing element, just follow directions sa lata. added tip lang, kung buo pa ang heater mo, kapag natapos ka na mag flush at magkakarga ka ng tubig, i on mo ang heater para pasukan ng tubig yung heater core. may cooling system bleeder screw din ang engine, na dapat buksan, kapag nagkakarga ng tubig, at hintayin mo lumabas ang tubig(without air bubbles)tsaka mo isara. kung natamad ka naman magbukas ng bleeder screw, habang nagkakarag ng tubig, piga pigain mo yung 2 rad hoses para mawala ang air entrpament sa water lines.
