Hi! I just got my nissan exalta last week, ako si Enuj..
mga boss patulong na din, bago lang kase ako dito, wala pa dina ko masyado alam sa kotse, pag nag start sya mausok, lalo na kung medyo matgal sya di nagamit, pero nawawala din naman.... normal ba yun o may problema na sya?..

Good day po sa lahat.

Pa advise naman po about sa nissan grandeur ko. Lagi 1100 ang rpm nya pag naka idle (park and neutral w/AC on). Medyo napapadalas ang tapak ko sa preno kasi malakas ang dating ng gas kahit ndi nakatapak sa accelerator at syempre un gas consumption hindi normal, medyo malakas sya.

Ang sabi nung mekaniko baka sensor daw, wala po kasi ako sa pinas kaya ndi ko personal na maasikaso.

Pa advise naman po kung may alam kayo na specialist nissan mechanic especially sa idling / maf problems, Para one stop n lang at hindi na maloko ng mga ibang mga teka-teka shops.

Hi speed, i just bought a 2001 nissan exalta sta model a/t. At first i felt some shift shock and shift lock with the first gear and few seconds delay in reverse. I read the article about this shift shock issue. I had my transmission checked and replace the atf (castrol oil) and filter. The shift shock and shift lock were kinda improved on drive mode. However, the reverse is totally different. It has so much delay now even i stepped on the gas it didn't run continuously and i felt some cranky noise when it moves. Its seems like it has a shif shock in reverse. What could be the problem with this. I hope it has nothing to do with the transmission gear. Please share your info on this. Thanks in advance

Hi mga bro, patulong naman paano repair yung cup holder sa dash board ayaw na mag lock, lagi na lang nakalabas. Saka paano ba kalasin yung dashboard natin? napaka brittle nya grabe, yung mga side trims ko nababasag na, meron ba nabibilhan nito? unti unti ko na nirerestore yung exalta 2001 ko, sana may makapag suggest ng fix.

Also patulong na din dito:

- Sound system upgrade, meron kayo marecommend na car stereo shop na familiar sa car natin at reliable?

- Sun roof rubber seal, saan ba pwede papalitan ito?

may inayos daw sa computer box pero ganun pa din, tingin ko wala naman ginawa sa computer box.

Check nyo din sir yung fuel filter and fuel pump. Baka lang hindi na bumobomba ng gasolina or mahina na. Nasa tangke yung fuel pump nun.

Tol, kung ma pa check mo sa engine master banawe . Wala naman bayad sa kanila at Kung kailangan mo ng piyesa meron sila . Dati kasi nangyayari iyong ka samahan ko nawalan naman siya ng reverse iyong iba gumagana ginawa na lang niya change transmission kesa repair . Subukan mo muna pa check. Mas malapit siya sa may hospital halos katapat . Msg mo na lang ako kung Ano findings nila.

Sir Speed magtatanong lang po. yong ezalta ds ko po kasi (matic) ayaw magshift minsan from 1st gear. Pag ayaw mag shift pinapatay ko sya for 5 seconds then start again tapos okay na sya parang walang nangyari. ano po kaya maaring maging sira? kaya po kaya sa engine master yon? thank you.

Tol subukan mo muna pa check may mga mechanic naman sila at libre naman check up . Balitaan mo na lang ako.

My new mechanic replaced the MAF sensor. Bought surplus at Banawe for 2.5k(ouch! again). The car started and looks fine! I was able to use it yesterday for about 15-20mins. But this morning, I have trouble starting again. i can hear it start but it won't continue. I started several times and sinabayan ko ng gas to assist the starting. nagstart naman after mga 10 tries, but the rpm is just about 200. pag inapakan ko ulit yun gas parang nacho-choke. I just leave it running and napansin ko nung mainit na makina, nagnormalize na sya. rpm became 1000 and already rises as i step on the gas. I'm actually doubting to use it nung umandar na pero sabi ko bahala na. Kaya ginamit ko na papasok sa office. Nakarating naman ako and napansin ko di na sya kinakapos. pero yun idle di pa rin ok. bumabagsak rpm to 400-500 and nagvivibrate kapag nakaapak ka sa break. pero pag nagshift ka sa neutral nawawala yun vibration.

Hope to hear some advise. Medyo malaki na din po ang gastos and yet it's not fully fixed.

PS: Yun new mechanic ko pala may tinanggal na rubber hose na nakakabit sa engine. may spring yun hose. sabi nya ok lang daw na di nakakabit yun, but I doubt it.

Boss, asked ko lang if na resolve yung issue mo with your exalta, having the same problem, changed fuel pump, cleaned all sensor and ganun pa rin. Thank you.
