How much is a Sentra Series 3 Super Saloon Japan Surplus Engine with ECU?

Help naman mga bro... I've been advised my mechanic na instead of buying a computer box for my sentra series super saloon 3 96 na nalubog sa baha, palit na lang ng engine kasama box.. any advise on this would be appreciated.

Also, how much ba going rate ngayon ng japan surplus engine for sentra series 3 super saloon 96

last year nagtanong ako GA16dne engine around 18K-23K including ecu.

A week after typhoon Ondoy, nagpunta ko sa banawe and nakapagtanong ako ng GA15 about 22k including the ecu. walang GA16 na available during that time

Salamat mga bro... would you know any place na pwede mapuntahan for the GA16 engine with ECU? or is this our last option? May ma-suggest po ba kayo na iba pang option?

Current condition ng car ngayon: Sira Distributor, sira ECU... and di pa namin alam kung ano pa sa electrical ang sira di pa kasi napapaandar eh...

Dati 35thou ang makina ng nissan sentra w wiring harness na.I dont know lang kung available kasi nagkakaubusan sa banaue.

are the japan surplus computer box not compatible with the local engine?...

hindi daw eh, kasi kung anong make ng makina, yun din dapat yung ecu...although if it's possible, please advise naman mga bro, kasi at the rate were going, baka i-scrap muna namin yung auto at ilagay na lang muna sa house ng parents ko sa fairview...better to buy 2nd hand working car than gamble on those suggested work around for the car if ever...

tsk..tsk....same situation with my car...nakabili na ng computer box yung mekaniko ko.....local daw yung ECU.....ma current na from ignition to distributor...pero from distributor to high tension wire wala pang kuryente....pinalitan ng distributor...wala pa rin..noe he is checking all the relays baka dun daw....masadong complikado na...lagpas na isang buwan ung auto ko sa talyer....

Sir, yung sakin naman, nag start na, pero hanggang 2krpm lang tapos namamatay na sya... hanap pa din ako computer box... hirap talaga maghanap... ubos sa banaue tyaka evangelista...
