BTT, for that budget and a Nissan, try out a Cefiro. Sure its not a miser but its very comfortable to drive. Check out OLX and you'll see some naka-setup na with large mags. There are some people who bought the Cefiro and they take good care of it. You'll notice some are in very very good condition despite their age. If you are lucky, you'll get a quality unit. Parts are readily available anyway.

A midsize is a nice proposition for a coding/weekend car. If it's gonna be a daily driver, depends if you can stomach 5-7km/L gas mileage depending on traffic conditions.
