May 19th, 2014 09:31 AM #1Good day mga sir. Yung Kasi auto ko, (b14 ex saloon 94, all stock) kahit naka floor na yung gas, hirap tumakbo. Ang sabi sakin servo daw yung sira, replacement daw nito is around 20k.
Nakapag basa na din po ako, almost the same topics, and ang sinasabi is :
1. Servo
2. Maf sensor & iacv
3. Throttle body
4. Fuel filter
Plans ko po sana is
Meron po ba specific na servo for the car model or pare-pareho lang po yung ginagamit on all series 3 models?
Hehe
Opinion po ninyo and suggestions. Thank you po.
By the way, ask lang din po ako kung saan maganda dalhin ang auto for repair, around pampanga area po sana. Thanks.

May 20th, 2014 04:21 PM #4if all else fails, you can try the folks at nissan UN avenue. they will trouble-shoot it, and advise you their recommendations. it's actually the one casa i go to, without fear of rip-off..the mechanic there is old-school-type. he knows more than just replace and replace..
my opinion..
there's also this shop in banawe, specializing in nissans and hi performance ones.. just don't remember the name. it's on the ortho hospital side and not on the espana side of banawe..Last edited by dr. d; May 20th, 2014 at 04:24 PM.

try mo muna pa tune up sir, linis TB, IACV at MAF. if all fails, time to replace servo na. i suggest surplus servo para tipid mode ka. sobra mahal pag b-new. or you could go for carb conversion.

Thank you mga sir!

but what i know is, hindi basta-basta masisira yan, dahil chain siya at hindi belt... designed to last the lifetime of the engine, if properly maintained...
at dahil yari sa metal, mahal..
and correct me if i'm wrong... but i seem to vaguely recall, that sentra engines' valve design eliminates valves bumping into piston heads when the chain breaks, as they are recessed...
i once had my cam sprocket shake loose. the engine died, but nothing else broke. the mechanic just screwed it back...
good luck.
once in a while, like now, i ask myself why i ever sold my beloved EX..Last edited by dr. d; June 8th, 2014 at 09:32 AM.
