Much like the things I did to my carbeuretted car in my youth because there is nothing better to do, these kids are doing these things to cars their Pop’s handed down.
A mechanic once related how he hated it whenever a car like this enters the shop. The owner will have the tyre flipped & balanced every 2 weeks! Just to have the wear evened out. All for the sake of looking cool.

Sa Lipa noon, marami akong nakikitang ganyan. Nakaka pikon sundan kasi ang babagal..... motto nila “low & slow”. Sa Bacoor naman, nung tumira ako noon dun, yung mga lowered ang bilis mg takbo tapos pag dating mg speed humps, biglang slow down tapos tatagilid ng dahan dahan para di sumayad. Once, sa inis ko, hinabol ko tapos nung tatagilid na sa humps, tinabihan ko. Ayun, sayad sya... sama ng tingin sakin.
