Stradas are essentially bulletproof. If the unit you are looking at has some issues, most of them are easily resolved.
Just look for signs of abuse and misue as you would when checking out any other vehicle.
Early GEN I Stradas used manual hubs. Later ones went automatic. I don't know if there are other detail differences, though.

first: 2001 model, 39tkms, asking is P640,000
second: 2003 model, 17tkms, asking is P780,000
