Need advise regarding my strada

Bumili po ako ng brand new strada last march, after the 1000 km PMS, nagkaron sya ng squeaking sa manibela madaling salita under warranty so pinalitan nila yung sa may steering column pero inabot ng 5000 km PMS bago napalitan. Then last saturday galing ako from all day driving, while i was parking my car sa building namin ayun may tumunog at ang steering ko nawala as in nawala po yung connection sa gulong kase ala na resistance at hinde na nagalaw yung gulong. Dinala ko din sa casa nung gabing iyon buti na lang free yung towing sa BPI.

My question is can i file a formal complaint on this? Sabi nung iba kase i should ask for another unit pero medyo far fetched naman yun. Was lucky enough na nawala yung steering when i was parking not when i was on the road. If you guys where in my position what would you do?

Advise ko lang:
Ibalik mo ca casa wherein you had your PMS. Sabihin mo sa kanila (not just the mechanics, talk to the managers)
kung ano ang nangyari. Together with the managers and the mechanics, tingnan niyo kung nasaan ang problema.
Surely, they made a grave mistake somewhere. Lalabas ang lahat ng kapalpakan at kapabayaan nila.
Hindi biro and very unacceptable ang mga ganitong klase ng pagkakamali. Let them learn a lesson or two....
Finally, magbigay sila ng magandang dahilan para hindi palitan ang sasakyan mo o magandang dahilan para
pagkatiwalaan mo pa sila sa mga gagawin nila sa sasakyan mo...
You might end up filing that formal complaint! I WILL!!!

Forgive me, pero hindi ko mainom- inom itong kape ko dahil natatawa ako sa kuwento mo.
Para kasing galing sa mga pelikula nila Dolphy or Tito, Vic & Sotto...
'yun bang nagmamaneho sila on a wild goose chase tapos bigla na lang maaalis ang manibela

But these scenes should only be seen in crap movies...

malamang natanggal ang steering coupling hindi nahigpitan, anong update bro? delikado yan...

You should file a complaint that issue was serious, cguro my connection yan nung my pinalitan sila sa steering mo. Maaring di maganda pagkagawa.

Have it checked first before complaining.. Mas maganda malinaw culprit.. Then resolve it from there, hinde naman kailangan paandarin ang init ng ulo.. Kung di kayo magkasundo, thats the time you can complain.. Afaik, my mga parameters kung papalitan unit mo..

Lets rephrase the word to report, file a report on what happened then let them fix the problem, malay mo balang araw magamit mo yung report na ginawa mo.

HI thanks sa mga reply. Diamond motors Marcos highway po.

I have talked to the service manager and they are looking at it na. Yeah medyo nga po nagulat ako kase kaya ako bumili bago sasakyan para hinde mangyari yung mga ganito. I use to drive a 15 year old corolla eh never nangyari ito. Nagtanong ako lawyer sabi i should demand daw for a new unit kase ano assurance ko na hinde na ito mangyayari or walang ibang defective sa sasakyan. Sinuwerte lang daw kase ako pero life threatening daw yung nangyari.
