Is it true that in certain situations, pinapakialamanan ni ecm ang brakes to activate abs, ebd and stability control? 😈

From the video shown... Mukhang, Driver error yan... Usually Pag mag reverse ka using an automatic Naka depress ka ng kunti sa brakes... So Dapat iilaw ang brake lights from the beginning...

Just a thought, independent ba talaga ang brakes sa ecm for those units that have ABS, EBD and stability control?
The law will favor MMC and that is legal, factual and just.

Di kaya dahil may mag kick-in ulit na command from ecm (i.e. Rev limiting) kaya mabago ulit yun state ng firmware?

There is an obstacle blocking the montero from moving forward and the driver is still stepping on the accelerator. Its simple actually.

That is correct kaya mahirap talaga ma prove sa court etong kaso na to.

Driver error or not. Nakakapagtaka lang na sa halos same quantity of monteros and fortuners on the street...how come sa montero lang may mas maraming cases na ganito? What is with the profile of montero buyers that differentiates them with Fortuner buyers? People, media, and fanatics, and of course the manufacturer are quick to dismiss the case...obviously due to the love for the product.

Imposible ba ang SUA = NO (based on our first hand experience on a different brand. 2 different brands actually)
Impossible ba ang SUA sa Montero = NO what makes this brand special versus lets say a Toyota? In fact bakit sila ang may maraming SUA cases?
