Remove the relay and have it check if you don't know how to test it. Kung normal ang andar o ikot walang problema Aux. fan mo. Bka hindi bumibitaw yung relay. If your'e near Caloocan let me see it? Or better have the relay check before anything else.

My car is Mitsu Galant SS 91 model. It has 2 fans or blowers, the aricon fan and the aux fan. The aircon fan will only turn on when the aircon is on. The aux fan will only turn on when the engine gets hot. If it doesn't turn on, your car will overheat even if the aircon fan is running, its not enough. These 2 fans are not dependent on one another.

Electrical wiring was the problem for my car. The was a scenario when the aux fan runs automatically and that my aircon fan turns on also, even if the aircon is off.

For your case, electrical might also be the culprit. If both your fans are running then both are ok. I would say that the wiring for the aux fan is incorrect. It should be dependent on the thermoswitch connected in the radiator. So check the wiring, check your thermoswitch, check your relays.
