July 25th, 2004 04:34 PM #1Does anyone here owns this car? How's the performance so far?
Or wala talaga bumibili nito kasi either na CRV or RAV4 lang ang
usual choice.

I was able to drive one last year sa Mitsubishi Fun Camp. Engine needs Turbo/GDI. Transmission is smooth, sarap paglaruan yung +-. Anyway, there is already a mild face lift of the Outlander.
Here is my rank:
1. Honda CR-V 4x4 A/T
2. Nissan X-Trail*
3.Toyota Rav-4
4. Subaru Forester*
5. Mitsubishi Outlander
6. Suzuki Grand Vitara*
*not tested. I just based it sa mga reviews and owners.

meron kami outlander. mas malakas sa gas compared sa gen 2 rav4 and gen 2 CRV 10 seater namin. sold namin yung gen 2 CRV palit sa outlander. it's a good car, mas firm yung suspension compared sa dalawa imho.
strengths niya are exclusivity, tranny, interior and design.

based on the engine specs, i'd skip the Outlander. imagine, a 2.4L engine that can't even match up against the 2.0L engines that the other Compact SUVs are offering.

Sakin lang, power is not an issue. Heck, I drive a 125hp full-size suv! hehe Anyways, I like the way the Outlander looks.... especially in black.
