according to peter of winterpine, the casa techs can't do anything about it because they are the one who installed it. if it was an engine or other mechanical defect then they can service it. so, it's best to inform your SA so they can forward your concern to winterpine. nakaka irita minsan kasi na kabago-bago lang nag sasakyan mo, susi ang gamit mo pag bukas at pag locknakakahiya din tingnan sa mga katabi mong nakaparada.

June 4th, 2009 10:36 AM #4aha!!! when i went to casa to install the stepboard with led, the technician noticed that the lock pin of some of stepboards were broken. the tchnician told me that the installer of the power locks and stereo may have caused them because it was installed locally. Now your door panels may have similar damge... winterpine kaya may gawa???? hmmmmm..... noenetheless, hello whoever they are, your technician should be trained or it will bomerang back.. freindly advice, those incharge of C5 casa units may have caused them.....peace man/.........

February 5th, 2010 11:48 AM #5it is possible that they may have caused it. i agree because when i brought my car there for a paint job, i got it back with some defects in the back sensors. accdg to the warranty engr, i should bring it to winterpine because the alarm/sensor system is not mitsubishi's forte. so i did and to my surprise, accdg to winterpine, mits must have done something wrong after they returned the sensors because some of its pins were broken.

January 22nd, 2015 09:04 PM #10Napuno na rin ako dahil sa rattles ng montero haha so I removed the glove box and WOW ang laki ng dinecrease in noise while driving. Wala na yung rtttttt ng cover haha. I checked the screws inside and they seem tight but nung binalik ko na, lalong nag worsen. Nagkaroon ng langitngit. Its because of the pin holding them; siguro lumuwag.
When passing uneven surfaces, may creaking sound din. At first i thought it was caused by the suspension pero it was the door seals. I applied No Squix to the surfaces pero mukhang hindi effective.
Now i would like to try removing the steering wheel kasi when i removed the glove box, i can hear the clockspring making noise. Pero hindi ko alam paano magtanggal ng steering wheel haha.
