AFAIK ganun na talaga. Better ang consumption kung manual tranny.
Usual tips:
keep revs low
proper tire pressure
lighten load
maintain regularly
avoid traffic
commute if possible

May 18th, 2007 03:32 PM #5Yup, manual transmission po yung amin. So dapat po mas lower yung consumption nya. Aabot po ba ng 8-9km/lit ang gas mileage? Ilang liters po ba yung every line dun sa gauge? hirap po kasi tantyahin yung consumption nya.
salamat,

Wag mo asahan ang gauge.
1. Full tank up to automatic stop.
2. Reset trip meter to 0.
3. Drive normally on daily route.
4. Full tank again until automatic stop.
5. Divide trip meter reading by number of liters consumed.
6. Repeat.
