Head light question

hi mga sir/s , tanong ko lang po kung pwede palitan yung BULB ng HEADLIGHT ex: HALOGEN / FLOURECENT like.. madami kasi ako nakikita na naka-white o blue head light .. LEGAL po ba ito?

Legal if ang ipapalit mo ay same bulb as stock pero much higher wattage at ibang color temp ng bulb for example all weather or super white. Pero kung HID dapat retrofitted meaning hindi yung stock na reflectors ang gagamitin, dahil pag stock lang eto ang illegal dahil puro glare lang ang makikita ng kasalubong mo which is very dangerous.

It's just a matter of your own understanding and yung " pakikitao " mo sa iba.

Almost everybody has HID that is improperly fitted yet, wala naman nanghuhuli.

Mahal din kasi magparetrofit. +/-20K.

Yes, it does provide good lighting and hindi nakakasilaw sa iba, pero ... lahat ba nakaretrofit ? Hindi, simply because not everyone can afford it or not all of them cares.

It's up to you actually. Kung may konsensya ka, simply opt for Osram NB's, Philips XP's and the like. Pero if you think na mas type mo ang HID, then go ... no one will stop you, even the enforcers. :hysterical:

Yun nga lang ... maawa ka sana sa mga kasalubong mo. And, please don't go above 6000K if ever. Nakakasilaw talaga ito.
