May 25th, 2011 09:01 AM #1I normally drive slow (smooth acceleration) but after weeks of driving slowly, when I did "sprints", I can see black smoke on my rear view mirror. After about 3-4 "sprints", the black smoke is gone. Does this mean we have to do "sprints" every once in a while? I do enjoy it though, hahaha. Is this normal with all diesels? I have no experience with diesel cars since I have been driving gasoline vehicles ever since.

good day po! i'm not sure if this is the right thread to post this, please correct me if i'm wrong...
I'm from Bacolod City...i'm wondering sir if the dealer quoted me right for the MS GLS-V for 1.448M against the SRP of 1.408M....they say the reason for this is that it's the normal pricing for units away from NCR....thanks in advance po!

i thought of that option too sir but to avoid the hassle pa of going the long way up to manila and back, i decided sa Bacolod na lang ako kukuha, at least malapit lang...kung reasonable naman pala yung dag2 na 40 k, then so be it...i placed a reservation already by the way...thanks po sa inyong clarification!

May 25th, 2011 10:27 PM #10Doesn't sound reasonable to me, I'm based in Zamboanga and the freight cost I was quoted was 30K. Yours should be less since you're just about half way. Why not purchase a unit in manila and have the dealer ship in to your local dealer? so it's going to be dealer to dealer and just pick it up from your local dealer.
