May 6th, 2011 10:57 PM #1Mga sirs, I'm a newbie in this forum but has been a lurker for quite a while. Thanks po dami ko natutunan helped me a lot to create checklist prior delivery of unit. We checked for white smoke, complete sets of manual etc. Unfortunately I did not check for scratches on the car. This is our second car, we did not have trouble in the first.
Hingi lang po ako ng opinion. My husband and I just had our GLS V gemstone gray the other day. Late na namin nakuha around 7pm. The next morning I noticed minor hairline scratches on drivers door, second row door and on the hood. Did anybody experienced this? What did you do?
Some scratches are not noticeable, some i need to really ask my husband to look closely so he can see them, but some are noticeable whatever angle we look at it . Baka OC lng po ako or is it because ngayon lng kami nagka dark colored car na really visible yung scratches kahit very minor lng. Hay... Please help kung ok lang po ang ganyan? And what to do?

Hi 07city.
When I first got a car wash, I notice right above the GTV emblem I have a orange stain that looks like a number 7 (about 5 inches long going on a diagonal). I immediately called my dealer, they said they fix it during my 1K service. The tint job was also very bad, I also requested that they redo all the windows with multiple bubbles and folds.
Regarding your scratch door. You might try to wash your car and see if it comes out. I washed my car this evening and I notice several lines that look like scratches, but will a little bit of elbow grease, I got them out.
If however, they are real scratches you should ask your dealer to rectify it for you. You should bring your car as soon as possible back to the casa. They might say you were the ones that caused the scratches.

May 7th, 2011 12:51 AM #7Yup, I know. But hanap ko kasi is OEM. I don't know if available na sa Winterpine ito. Saw a bunch of new GLS-Vs and GTVs being installed with these before release. It was placed at the rear lamps for the plates so they had to remove the whole back siding to install it. Plus I got the assurance that when something happens to my MID or anything electrIcal....kasama pa rin sa warranty, not just the camera. Learn from experience from my previous car, hehe
