How many claps do we have for a subcompact Mitsu?
Based on Peugeot/Citroen sedans.
Rendered by the great TheophilusChin
Mitsu needs this kind of sedan to go head to head with the subcompact mega sellers Vios, City and Accent sedans.
This is a growing market and Mitsu needs to act fast.
I hope they could really come up with a sedan as good looking as this for the asian market
We’ve seen three badge-engineering collaboration betweem Mitsubishi, Peugeot and Citroen: Outlander, 4007, C-Crosser; i-MiEV, iOn and C-Zero; ASX, 4008 and C4 Aircross. So how about a reverse agreement, Peugeot PSA lending its 301 and C-Elysee sedan for Mitsubishi for an entry-level sedan specifically for East Europe and other developing nation? Though there’ll be a sedan version of the Mirage hatch, I feel that this Europe Mirage sedan looks better.

I'd hit it.
Pero most likely by that time the Vios will be as big as the current Camry

That rendition is based on Peugeot 301 and Citroen C-Elysee
301
C Elysee
As Mitsubishi is to Peugeot/Citroen as Nissan is to Renault.

Even with tax breaks, the i-MIEV will be around 1.5m (minimum. Guesstimate is around 1.8). Exclusive of the quick-charger.
That's for a Picanto-class vehicle.
Mitsubishi is already importing a few in anticipation of the AFV tax breaks that should take effect later this year, but obviously, not many people will be able to buy it.
