Ewan. Look for A-1 or Ace Driving School.

Sobrang mahal sa A1. To give you an idea, 10 hours is roughly Php9,100.00.

Mag-eenroll si commander sa AAP (Automobile Assoc. of the Philippines) driving academy next week. Balitaan kita. Php5,xxx for 10 hours with automatic AAP membership (free towing and emergency service plus free side mirror etching).

Sa Gilmore. Before you reach the border to San Juan / After ng St. Paul QC. May parang LRT something dun.

AAP rin ang vote ko. Educated driving ang goal nila unlike the commercial driving schools that you mentioned. Plus, you get free AAP membership for 1 year which covers 2 cars. Nga pala, you get to choose your schedule. Check their website http://www.aaphilippines.org

I attended the two lectures required by the AAP prior to the actual driving lessons (sinamahan ko si commander).

The lectures were good since they used videos derived from AAA (AAP's U.S. counterpart). The lecturers were pretty competent also. AAP also gave out manuals which are pretty useful to a newbie. Her 'classmates' included medreps and truck drivers that were sent by their employers for formal training.

Since membership is automatic, nakalibre kami ng side mirror etching para sa Starex. May free towing at emergency service pa si commander in case may mangyari while she is driving (try finding a driving school with extra service like that!).

Two days of driving na lang graduate na si commander. hehe. The good news, is natuto naman (I had her enrolled in the A/T class).

P.S. pwede nga mamili ng schedule. 1-2 hours per day ang driving.

10 day course si commander: Php5500.
