"fixers" kasi sa LTO paranaque yun mga nag aalok ng TPL
daming pahirap kasi pag di ka sa kanila nagpalakad, pati yun desk officer ng LTO mismo (3 years ago nun mag inquire ako) may patong din O_o
may binigay pa papel para daw mapabilis, eh breakdown lang naman ng prices
bumalik ako derecho na dun sa tpl part.

Ano ang bigayan bah? Hehehe... same here, after 3years p ko papakita sa lto... pero sa place naman namin, walang pahirapan... if di mo kaya hintayin for current day, you can come back next day and for sure andun na papel mo...
