Hello Fellow tsikoters,
Just want to ask if tama ba gagawin ng uncle namin..
He lend money to his co-worker for 100k and payable for 1 year at 10k a month, he also secure 12 pdc..this is way back 2020..
Now since the pandemic, lockdown that happening..hinde nakakabayad ng maayos yung officemate niya upto now..my uncle was very understanding about the situation, now hinde na talaga nagpaparamdam yung officemate ng uncle namin..
So he deposit 1 of 12 pdc and it got rejected due to account close naraw..now the 1 check na pinasok niya is 11 of 12 pdc na valid within 6months pa...but the first 10 pdc is no longer valid due to the date issue is beyond 6 months na..
Will that still part of the bp22 case? Or yung 1 check lang na bounced ang pwede e file namin?
Sorry sobrang haba story and question ko..
Hope someone can share some info about this scenario..
TIA guys...mabuhay kayo

only bad, non-stale cheques that have been claimed/used/deposited, are included.
stale checks, are just colored paper and have no value.Last edited by dr. d; May 5th, 2022 at 07:43 AM.

going the BP22 route will be costly and longer..
try the Small Claims Court.. do your uncle still knows where his officemate lives?
What are small claims? These are civil claims which are exclusively for the payment or reimbursement of a sum of money not exceeding P400,000.00 or P300,000.00, depending on the venue of the claim.
