nag punta kame sa hukay calatagan batangas at dun ko na kita na pwede pala gawin speed bump/humps yung tali ng barko at epektib siya... saan ba nakaka bili ng tali ng barko except lazada kase 11meters sa lazada mula china ay P6000++. kung 5m ang kalsada eh lalabas na 6000 pesos kada speed bump...

yes, it can be, if it is thick enough.

puede rin siguro,
some sand and a couple of bags of cement.

but aren't these things illegal to place on the public road?

Yes, actually mas effective sya kesa sa matinong speed bump kasi matindi ang impact nya sa sasakyan.
Gusto ko rin bumili nito, para sa tapat namin.

ang bibilis kase ng sasakyan dito sa inner street sa village namin, hindi ma capture ng CCTV yung plaka sa bilis mag pa takbo, kala mo hinahabol ng kung ano eh out of the main road na ito.

tali ng barko ang na isip ko para hindi na kailangan i sarado yung kalsada pag lalagyan ng humps.

if private property, it's the owners' responsibility, within limits, of course.
i like humps that have a gentle slope... as high as is regular, but with much longer approach and depart slopes.
it's also more expensive, as it'll need more material.
