I don't want a stranger touching me in that area plus it really hurts.
My technician asks me every month if I wanna have brazilian and and I always say no. Once, I heard a girl moaning in pain from the other room :lasing:
Although my technician is surprised that I have not cut myself. I did a few times but not that bad. She has a client who cut herself so bad that she had a scar/thick extra skin down there (nag keloid)
Re: What's The Last Thing You Did Before Logging in Tsikot?
I cried!!! My outgoing VP told me that our incoming VP wants all my leaves plotted FOR THE YEAR! WTF!!! I never file for leaves. My current VP just lets me be absent when I want and then I file my leave after. She also let's me work from home when I want it. Now my outgoing VP told me we have to formalize my WFH in HR and this has to be settled before she leaves her post.
I am so depressed! First it was my VP in HQ that left. Now it is my VP in Manila. Tapos hindi okay yung mga pumapalit.
My Mom says this is a sign that I should resign :nonono:

It's only a bummer if your company expects you to take the leaves as scheduled. You can submit your "scheduled leaves" for the year and advise your VP and HR later that you will be rescheduling some of them at an indeterminate date.
They cannot force you to go on leave naman. Neither can they deny you your right to avail of a leave unless the company is literally sinking and only you have the power to prevent it.

Baka mam gusto lang nya nakaprogram throughout the year ang schedule of leave mo? And its doesn't necessarily mean hindi ka pwede mag deviate if you need to.?

we too submit our leave plans for the year. they collate it and issue to the team for information. madalas naman hindi nasusunod, flexible at maaring i-adjust depende sa sitwasyon. i think normal lang yan sa isang kompaniya for the management to have a view of the manning for the whole year.

They should explain what is the rationale behind it.
Marami talagang aalma kapag ang rason lang is dahil "yon ang gusto nang vp eh".
At di sapat ang "pagiging strict"
Maybe your mom is right.

Re: What's The Last Thing You Did Before Logging in Tsikot?
Practice talaga sa company namin to plot our planned leaves para walang issue sa back ups etc. Specialist kasi ako so I have no team at walang affected whenever I am on leave. I have to admit that my current VP is very lenient with me kaya di ako sanay to follow the protocol.
Most of my VLs are due to unforeseen events (eg go to doctor, take care of documents, family affair etc) Kaya never talaga ako nag plot ng leaves ko and my boss understands that
