    what if in full swing na ang reclamation sa manila bay kaya?

    i've read from some quarters that the new airport construction in bulacan has made the floods worse in some areas over there. dunno how true though

    actually itong araneta ave na notorious sa baha

    these 2 weeks of rain the flood water was surprisingly low

    ilan beses lang umapaw ung canal sa gitna ng araneta

    kung umapaw hanggang 1/4 lang ng gulong

    at most 1/2 ng gulong

    dati lubog kotse

    napunta sa ibang lugar ung baha

    tapos pag humina ang ulan mabilis bumaba ang tubig

    unlike before mabagal mawala ang baha

    looks like may epekto mga flood control project

    It's been raining HARD everyday since the last week of August. I've been stuck at home because I don't like to go out when it's raining I really hope next week will be sunny.
