May nakikita ba kayong mga water tankers with big banners that reads " Tulong Patubig ni Pang. Gloria". eto ang secret dyan, Saw them 3x early evening getting water from a Fire Hydrant near our place. When I stopped and looked at them, they quickly took off their hose. Hmmm....
