Does it surprise you? Many of the leftists are opposed to ANY form of government but their own. Just because your cause is supported by activists doesn't mean it's just... it just means that it's opposing the 'capitalist-imperialist doctrine' that's running the country. Any move at destabilization is fine with them.
With regards to Dick Gordon's analysis......this is the reason I think he would be a good president if he is ever given a chance. This is what the military should be saying. As long as Gloria is the constitutionally elected president, we will follow her. If she is removed or leaves by consititutional means, we will follow her successor. period. This is what Frank Drilon et al should have said when they withdrew support.
God damn... every time I hear or read Gordon speak, I am impressed.

Kung ang laman sana ng sinabi ni Gordon e puwede intindihin ng MASA, ok lang. Ang kaso, masyadong babad sa kaka-people power ang mga ito at sinasabayan pa ng sakay ng mga oportunistang mga politiko at maka-kaliwang may sariling mga agenda. I-impeach na kung impeach. Pero idaan natin sa proseso ng batas natin. We can't afford the economic impact of another people power. Tama na! Kung bumaba si GMA, next in line e si Noli, whether we like it or not. Di ba natin napapansin, mula pa nung panahon ni Makoy? Ang mga politikong sumasakay kay Ninoy, nasaan na ngayon? Ayun, mga nakinabang na.
