I tried that too, didn't like it either.
Sa bagay hindi naman ata traditional for us to eat fish skin. Yung chicken skin ok pa. :nod:
But that salted egg stuff works best on potato chips IMO. Add flavor to an otherwise bland ingredient, instead of adding even more flavor to something that already has its own flavor (chicken skin, fish skin etc).
