    My uncle was stuck in shaw blvd. according to him the flood is too deep for them to pass through. He might go back to his house.

    For the lucky ones who has lifted rigs, wala itong baha na ito.

    Panay Ave. is also submerged. Yung mga tao nasa bubong na, as I see it on ANC. Grabe ang baha. Pati raw sa Tatalon area QC.
