September 15th, 2011 10:39 AM #1Lagi may reklamo sa kapulisan. So inisip ko kung ano kaya problem.

So kahit anong school ka pwede. May kilala akong pulis na taga UP.
Sa palagay ko wala sa school e. Nasa institution na mismo kaya nagiging "jologs".

Oo. Graduate. Engineering pa yon. Pero mataas na position.
Kung rank and file, kahit saan yan. Dapat ata college graduate.

There was a time when the rank and file were required to upgrade to a Criminology degree, and it's now a requirement for the force in general. Lucky us, that's the time we opened our Criminology course in Laguna, so we got a lot of students that year.
There are courses on ethics in the program, so don't blame the schools. Instead, blame the culture that marginalizes the honest and rewards the dishonest... though I know of a few top rank officers who are quite above-board.
