    Yep. All banks can replace worn and torn legal tender notes with new ones.

    this time of year.. pag hindi ka malakas sa bank manager.. sasabihin nila parati walang new bills..

    e paano po kung wala akong account? walk in lang po at magpapalit ng tig 1k na bago?

    some banks walang problema, while others account holder lang sila magpapalit.

    why not just withdraw money from your bank, & request ka na lang for new & crisp bills? ganyan madalas ginagawa namin. no questions asked na.

    that is kung available pa yung mga bagong bills.
