    Tanong ko lang po kung sino-sino sa mga tsikoteers ang nagsu-subscribe sa mga XML/RSS feeds? Ano rin ang gamit niyong RSS reader/News aggregator?

    Yung mga websites na nagsu-support ng RSS feeds ay may ganitong icon/pic -->

    Sa ngayon, naka subscribe ako sa ABS-CBN news and GMA's INQ7 using Abilon News Aggregator

    Meron pa po ba kayong masu-suggest na websites na merong RSS feeds?

    ang gamit ko is RSS Bandit.

    to name a few, I get my RSS from the following sites.

    CNN
    BBC
    Time Magazine
    NYTimes
    Yahoo
    Global Voices
    USA Today
    Wired News
    ZDNet
    Planet Mozilla
    Slashdot
    Planet Suse
    Engadget
    NBA.com

    sa local news I get RSS from ABS-CBN and INQ7

    may widget ang yahoo para sa rss. pwede siya magscroll ng feeds parang stock ticker bar.

    I get RSS feeds from Pangasinan Star Online so that I'll have a better idea of what's going on in the province where I live.

    yung built-in sa k-meleon browser gamit ko. halos lahat ng news sources nandun na pati mga us at uk dailies. nag-subscribe naman ako sa nba.com, blogmaverick at theregister.com feeds.

    builtin thunderbird rss reader lang gamit ko for bbc, cnn, and slashdot.

    heheh. rss means really simple syndication or rich site summary. i prefer the latter definition kasi ganun naman talaga ang mga rss feed. summary lang ibibigay sa yo na info. ang file format nya ay xml format. to receive yung mga rss feed you need an rss reader or aggregator.

    how do you know if a site offers rss feed? usually sa website nila may icon na nakasulat "rss" or "rss/xml". you can click that link para malaman mo yung actual url. then stick in mo yung url na yun sa rss reader mo and voila! subscribed ka na sa rss feed ng website na yun.
