Yes, they show them the bad stuff but these are those "showpiece" projects they have. You know what I mean.
They show them these places (to the celebrity, to the foreign media, to the U.N., etc.) to show that the money being given to the government is actually put to good use. What happens next of course is they ask for more money, and of course, more money would be raised. In realilty though, only 10% of the foreign aid goes to the people who need it. Sometimes even less.
Now back to the topic.
Dati, nag-import kami ng surplus na computer from Japan for distribution sa mga projects namin. Syempre, bago namin ipamigay, kailangan iayos namin muna. May maga kasama ako na fluent sa Nihonggo. Ako, medyo nakakaintindi. Kaya, nagawa namin paganahin yung computers.
Just for the sake of kalokohan, binuriri namin yung mga computers. Out of the 15-17 computers na binuriri namn, 9 dun ang loaded ng **** at hentai. 'Lam nyo mga peeps, karamihan ng Hapon na lalaki eh mahihilig. Kahit nga s atrain station sa Tokyo eh, makakabili ka ng hentai na komiks. So, hindi ako mag-tataka kung yung computers na inuwi ng 2 Pinoy na yun eh may smut. Sana, nai-format muna yung HDD bago nila inuwi. Then again, magagawa lang nila ito kung marunong silang kumalikot at mag-operate ng PC.

AIRLINE TIPS
Some things can only be checked while others can only be shipped via air cargo. Check with the Airline if you think you’re bringing something questionable, you’ll need to follow their guidelines. Some items may get you in serious trouble with airport security and under federal law, you must declare any hazardous materials you are carrying or shipping to the airline. Violations can carry a huge fines and prison time.
You should bring laptop on board as a carry-on, but make sure the batteries are good. You may have to demonstrate that electronic items such as laptops and video cameras are what they look like by showing that they work. Hence the need for good batteries. Any electronic devices that aren’t in working order will look suspicious to security. Security screenings are supposed to leave computers unharmed, but you might ask for a manual inspection.
