    joint venture, split down the middle 50/50 talaga. so corner na nila all segment ng market.

    wala na yata...parang 70-80% ng market yata sa kanila na.

    ang alam ko hinde matalo ng Philip Morris yun martket ng hope or kung ano man yun tobacco brand ni Lucio Tan, kasi sa lower bracket yun mga gumagamit ng tobacco brand ni Lucio Tan. tapos gustong buy out dapat ng Philip Morris pero not for sale naman so joint venture na lang.
