I've been eating and shopping for 2 consecutive weeks now, my cousin left his member card with me while he's abroad.

Napansin ko Lang halos lahat ng Tao nag-shopping sa S&R. I bought their muffins and croissants, as well as ther roasted chicken , OMG it's so rich in flavor. Kaya pala!

And then I ate sa S&R Pizza. Shucks grabe I ate one pizza and half of clam chowder soup. Wow! Sobrang tinde sa calories even the soup Lang. Yesterday I went back and observed people there.

Sa S&R pizza, a senior couple ordered one pizza and one chowder. Wow! Sabi ko Hindi naman pala lahat, and then mAy du mating na order yun senior, 2 big burgers yun tipong pang Big Mac sa laki. And to think they're seniors,

And there's this younger couple in front of me, the husband clutching his hotdog. Sabi ko sa sarili ko mabusog Kaya to sa hotdog Lang, nalingat Lang ako ng 1 min, half-dog na yun hotdog Nya, at du mating pa yun bagong luto big pizza Nya. Hindi na Nya I I-eat yun crust sa Huli coz maybe he saw us staring at him.

Sa supermarket section, sa foods section Lang dami Tao, wala Tao sa likod. Yun roasted chicken ubos kagad before 7pm, as well as the sweetest pastries and cakes on sale.

S&R is but a sign of things to come na papasok sa'tin and Filipinos are doubling their body like there is no tomorrow. Piano pa Kaya pag pumasok ang Walmart and costco

I think people there spend like 300 per person sa intake ng food coz perceived Mura coz big servings but those are empty calories. Hindi ako pinatulog sa. Bigat ng food

I haven't gone back to S&R since they implemented the minimum purchase rule for free parking. Normally kasi I drop by S&R for quick small purchases less than P500.

pag kami pumupunta dyan 5k minimum, kaya ayaw na ayaw kong sumasama dyan. mura kung sa mura dyan kaso bulk items eh so mapapalaki gastos mo.

Was here this morning at S&R Alabang. Bought a slice for me and clam chowder for the wife. Bought bbq sa may Lapid's lechon sa labas ng S&R for the kids naman. Wala pa rin charge ang parking nila. Didnt even buy sa grocery, yung food lang.
