30 years ago was also the advent of disco. The next 4 years were the dreariest music-wise because I couldn't stand disco. But, there were some nice perks too. I can't forget the day when over half my class played hookey to watch Led Zeppelin's "The Song Remains The Same" at a Zapote theater and the whole audience were high from pot.

I thought it was the Celeste. I had a friend who had a souped up one and we'd attend drag races at BF Homes Paranaque and BF Homes International. Of course this was back in like 1982.

Also, isn't the Levin Liftback a Toyota?

You forgot the Pinoy bands. IMO, the very late 70's and early 80's were the best years for Pinoy Rock.....

Laki sa layaw, Laki sa layaw, Jepr......

Oh. Who's the chick who sang "Bongga Ka Day"? I liked her song (her first hit) before that one better, though.

yung hard-plastic na attache case....if I remember it right, "President" ata brand nun....d*mn! Can't imagine more than 20 yrs ago na yun!

Some of d good ole days ika nga!
