It was nice at the same time very sad looking back at the history of the Philippines... I have also learned that during the term of the 1st elected mayor of Manila, Arsenio Lacson, Manila was a great city... I wonder what happened...

*ess just read the articles regarding Burnham's plan for the Philippines... how I wish we could turn back time and make it happen... sayang nga.. ngayon kasi ang nangyayari, they do not plan for the better of the city, instead they would make a plan to cut the cost so as to increase what they can pocket...
