    mga tsikooters,

aminin na natin, na sooner or later e aabot din tayo sa age ng mga lola at lolo natin.ang tanong dito e ready naba kayo?i mean pano nyo pinaghahandaan ang inyong pagtanda? or wala lang, as in bahala na ang bukas?

At first yes, there is a denial somehow as you get older you getting smarter and accepted the fact that you are ready for the next stage of your life.

I'm pretty far from turning old as of now.. But i'd like to die before i hit 70.
Having old age is pretty pricey. My grandparents have to undergo dialysis, they need their own nurses, weekly expenses for meds.. yikes! I'd rather die before i reach that. Save up the money and other assets to be left behind for my children's use instead.

nope i'm not yet ready for it, nasa 30s pa lang naman ako pero isip at feeling bata pa rin dito kase sa work ko madalas kong nakakasama mga bata pa early 20s kaya pakiramdam ko di ako tumatanda
Pero if given the choice gusto ko hanggang 60-65 dedbol na ako, ayaw ko na tumanda pa mas higit dun. feeling ko di ko rin naman di ko na maeenjoy ang buhay sa ganung age and i don't want to be a burden to my family. pareho lang kami pananaw ni sir bouggart.

hmmm, mas maganda while you are still young you have to enjoy life and at the same time e naghahanda sa old age.like dapat by the time na umabot kana sa retirement age meron ka ng enough savings para magsustento sa new life mo.mahirap kasi, pag matanda na at alang savings, don na mag sstart yong magiging pabigat ka na sa mga anak mo.and what if hikahos din mga anak mo?e di kawawang matanda na kalalabasan mo? this will not happen ofcourse kung kabilang family nyo sa upper class.but anyways, kanya kanyang kapalaran yan pero nasa atin padin yon kung pano at ano magiging kapalaran natin.

Nico, niwds, honga, para sa mga kabataan katulad namin. Mga 15 years ago, pano nyo pinaghandaan ito?

What I think is proper prep:
1.) Buy Health insurance now. Make sure it runs until you're mga 80.

2.) Major Assets mix: Retain only 1 residence, no beach houses, etc., unless yan yung residence mo. 25% Long-term (10 years up) Sovereign-guaranteed securities with quarterly payments, 25% Speculative Investments (Currencies, Stocks, Commodities) 25% Cash/Cash Equivalents 25% Venture Capital (if one had the entrepreneurial spirit - kung hinde, just spread among first three)

3.) As much as possible, do not touch the principal of #2. Spend only from the earnings.

4.) Go to the gym. Executive check-up once a year. Wag kalimutan ibisita ang dentista, bad trip ang naka-pustiso. Mas bad trip ang naka-wheelchair.

    5.) Always have a 5-year plan and a 10-year plan.

6.) Once you hit 60, lagay wang-wang sa car. Wag mo lang gamitin until your life starts flashing before you.

7.) Mga 45-50, be sure to have staff who's loyalty and familiarity with you are beyond reproach. Ayaw mo ng anga-angang driver pag naatake ka kasi you were staring at the latest FHM billboards.

8.) Mga 60 up, never go anywhere alone. Trust your kids. Gawin mong kakonchaba sa kalokohan mo... safe ka na kasi guilty din sila.

9.) If you don't have any family, early on, find someone(s) who's best interest is to keep you happy & healthy... kahit para sa tuition lang nila.

10.) Always be in control of your life: No glove no love.
