ten years ago, nagpa-extend kami ng bahay. 2-storey yung extension. Php10,000 per sq.m. presyohan. sa probinsya pa ito. hindi ako alam kung magkano na ngayon.

yup. pero based kasi don sa initial na ginawa ni TS is sinama na niya mga materials. so parang BOM na yung hanap niya ata. if rough estimate lang talaga. more or less 15k per sqm ata ngayon sa mga contractor. from there bawasan mo na lang kasi kayo na mag aasikaso.

I agree with flakez. Contact an architect, he can make a house/building plan for you and estimate the possible total cost. Pwede nya ring pagkakasyahin ang budget mo sa design na gagawin nya. He can make a design and estimate the total cost for a house worth 1 M, 1.5 M, 2 M upwards.

Thank you every one...i think i had enough napo sa research and everything, nag contact nalang kami ng contractor and guess what, mali estimate ko..hehehe...it will cost 2.5M to built the 3rd stories floor with finishing and everything..the house will start nextweek...will post pics soon..thank you po sa mga nag share ng inputs po..we really and greatly appreciated.
