Ibig sabihin ba nito na tinipid yung quality or quantity of materials na ginamit sa pagpapagawa ng bahay?

Ano poba mga dapat bantayan sa mga gumagawa aside sa nag pepetiks sila?

It has nothing to do with pepetiks(petiks dibe meaning tutulog tulog)...low cost means, well low cost, they use cheaper materials, location wise, cheap na area malayo sa sibilisasyon o malayo sa priceier na lugar.

Low cost pertains to the purchase pricing of the housing unit. Usually this is attained by the following:
- Cheap land location
- Minimal frills in finishing
- economies of scale (row housing w similar designs)

Low cost housing is good. Provided that they WON'T compromise the safety of the dwellers.

ah, kay Villar. I think sa Ayala meron na din sila even lower than Avida. dito sa manila puro condo kasi ang meron.

- Pro Friends

Most of those building house and lots are in the Cavite area AFAIK.
