Monthly maintenance ko ang ingrown. During the time na nagpunta ko ng Coron, I suffered pain from this. Hindi kasi natanggal nang buo yun ingrown ko. Ayun, hirap akong maglakad sa dagat kasi masakit. Nung bumalik kami ng Manila, agad ko sinabihan nanay ko na ipatawag yun manikurista para matanggal and while in process yun pagtanggal, sobrang painful na talagang sinabi ko sa manikurista na hayaan na dumugo yan basta importante matanggal kasi sobra sakit. Ayun, natanggal naman. Permanent na ito sa akin kasi.
Madalas kasi pag lagi ka naka-sapatos, dito madalas tumutubo ang ingrown. Every month, nagpapatanggal talaga ako kasi pag pinapatagal ko, humuhukay sa gilid ng toes yun kuko. At madalas din daw ang ingrown tumubo pag madalas nagpapamanicure.

katatanggal ko lang nung akin kagabi nipper, pusher at nail cutter. Sa akin every 2 months nagtatanggal ako dahil ata sa safety shoes lagi ang suot ko laging masakit

i cut my own toe nails ever since i suffered the pain during college days ... i check my big toes for ingrowns and cut them right away before discomfort sets in
