I want a balance level-headed environmentalist to head sa MWSS. Tama na yung mga hapaslupang patay-gutom na mga attorney. Basta sa hudikatura eh kwarta lang isip nyan.

Ito mga senador naman nagimbestiga pa eh mga palpak naman mga tanong. BAkit hindi nyo tinatanong yung dami ng condominium sa metro manila. Para ito traffic situation na build more roads. Wala katapusan na pag-gawa ng kalsada kasi puro parating ng kotse. Mangyayari nyan puro overpass skyway na nagmukhang lego na metro manila. So ganun din sa tubig walang kapatusan pag-gawa ng future dams. We need balance.

Kung baga ang baso may hangganan lang ang tubig. Meron limits. Wag nyo sagarin.

Sa weather talk thread ilan years ko na sinasabi na zoning sa condominium. Naforesee ko na mangyayari ito. Tapos sinabi ko din na build more trees dito sa metro manila irequire magtatayo ng bahay mag-alot ng small open space for one tree.

Problem kasi dito eh nagtitipid sa maling-bagay. Tipid gumawa ng parking, tipd sa isang puno, tipid sa size ng laundry area. Tingnan nyo mga developer ng townhouse and condominium ano size ng laundry area. Kulob!!!!! Pati nga mismo may lote sa sobrang patitipid eh yung car garage na pagkaliit-liit ginawang sampayan tapos yung kotse sinidewalk parking!!!! My gawd mga hindi marunong magplano.

Ay oo nga pala majority ng condo walang laundry area at sampayan. Asa kayo magpalaundry sa labas. Kadiri kaya yun. Imagine gagamit kayo washing machine kung kani-kanino damit nakilaba doon. Halo-halo pawis, ebak, regla. Think of babies clothing. Yikeeeessss.

As always, kung walang tubig eh hindi nyo maiinom kwarta. Tubig is LIFE

Ganyan talaga pag overpopulated na ang area. Kaya imbes na condominium, dapat puro condom na lang ang gawin para naman mapabagal ang paglobo ng populasyon natin.

Oo agree ako jan. Condom para iwas kahirapan. Having a family is a responsibility. Panandaliang kasarapan sa lifetime na pag suporta.

Kaya mabuhay ang single sa panahon ngayon. If you are 30s 40s tapos single stay single. Pag dating ng 50s and 60s wag na ipilit, maintain your blessed singleness.

Agree palpak talaga, inilagay ng admin police general, squad of lawyers instead of engineers with their corresponding specialty.

Duterte doesn't appoint officials based on competence. If the measure were the likes of Mocha, Panelo, Bato, Wanda Teo, Ramon Tulfo, Arnel Ignacio, his appointees at the BI, the BoC...etc..etc...
