June 26th, 2012 01:55 PM #1How can I check if the SPA executed in another country and acknowledged by the consular office is legit? May ribbon and seal naman ng consular office, pero di ba madali lang naman i-fake yun?
Also, yung signed acknowldgement ng consul is just on a plain bond paper. May ribbon and gold seal lang sya.

June 26th, 2012 02:14 PM #2You can go to the DFA Consular section to verify the genuineness of the acknowledgment. They'll tell you if its legit or not.
