Peeps, help naman. Kalilipat ko lang sa antipolo sa may sumulong side. hirap makasagap ng tv station maski na outdoor antenna. gamit ko yung fake na baron super antenna worth 100 petot. sa cainta kami before but this fake antenna works fine.
anyone who could attest that this baron super antenna really works on high lands like antipolo. meron itong 3 model. meron pang city then pag high lands then anywhere daw. i know na dapat eh naka mag subscribe na lang kami sa cable pero im in tight budget kaya naisipan ko ito.
pls share your experiences on this.

mahirap talga signal dyan lalo na pag rainy seasons. maganda lang reception dyan channel 39 yata (basta yung tv station ni RJ jacinto). andyan kasi sa antipolo yung transmitter tower nya. tapos balita ko, may mga radio stations dyan malapit sa sumulong ng NICA (National Intelligence Center ek ek, basta military radios) kaya malakas interference. I tried one of those baron antennaes pero para wa epek. not all channels will clear up so nagtyaga na lang ako dun sa indoor antenna na adjustable, yung parang merong dial na naa-adjust yung resistance ng antenna mo. works fine on most tv channels. minsan, kelangan mo hawakan yung antenna para ikaw mismo yung human antenna - beri epektib yan...wag mo lang gagawin pag may thunderstorm hehehe

re-branding daw...Kuya Kim Antenna na! j/k
Meron kami dati ginagamit sa office, mga japanese made and very classified yung info like yung mga tolerance, etc.
And sa Raon ko lang binili yun, forgot ko na brand eh and cost about a thousand bucks....tapos pinarisan ko ng antenna rotator para presto, na-adjust ko pag malabo minsan ang signal.
Also, when buying outdoor antenna, dont forget to buy also lightning arrester.

Pa-cable ka na lang Bro. Walang kwenta yang Baron antenna na yan. Sa commercial lang "maganda" yan. Meron kami niyan, pero wala rin.

Better see what your neighbors are using and ask about their reception quality. Pero kung pangit din ...
Basically, the bigger the antenna, the better it is - if it's properly designed. And bigger means more expensive because of the cost of materials. Along with your location, the intended frequency coverage (VHF and/or UHF) also dictates what type of antenna that's good for your location.
A log periodic dipole array or it's variant is a good antenna for TV's. It has wide-frequency coverage, medium gain and looks similar to this:
No sure antenna solution to your problem, because it all depends on your location. You may try a fork and see if it works.

May booster din na binebenta sa RAON for antennas. Ewan ko lang kung gumagana.
