    yup pwede nang walang plywood sa likod kung mirror mastic ang gagamitin mo matibay naman un eh....pero kung gagamit ka ng screw cap para sa mirror ill recomend na maglagay ng plywood sa likod lalo na kung hindi pantay ung wall.

    sa industry rate... a good finish house range from P20,000 to 40,000 per sqm of floor area. Okay na yung rate ni VW kasi it is within the normal range.
    actually mababa kami considering yun quality. yun P20k/sqm. yan yun floor. it can go higher.

    gypsum boards for ceiling use;

    when i browse for some model houses, they often indicate they use 10-13mm gypsum boards for interior ceilings and magnesium boards for the outside.

    besides the usual depots, where else can i get gypsum boards?

    mga 10 pcs lang to repair a section of the house (using it to try its better heat insulation and being less combustible) and its cheaper daw vs. marine plywood and hardiflex.

    10 pcs parang mahal kung padeliver na may bayad. and i think their fragile enough that i cant load them in my pickup.

    and is it really a direct alternative to plywood for ceiling use, keeping in mind it will be on a DIY carpenter skill only (so it will be screwed or fastened to the wood in place of plywood without additional stuff??)

    thanks

    Pareho ba ang gypsum o magnesium board na naga-absorb ng tubig? Natakot tuloy ako kasi, gypsum board yung ceiling ng house ko. Bagong gawa rin, at yun ang inilagay ng contractor namin.

    Imposible naman ata yung tutulo ang tubig, na walang leak kung saan man. Ganun ba kalakas mag-absorb ng tubig ang gypsum/magnesium board?
