    Pagibig gives application form and before that they would brief on the procedures, then they will give you the requirements. But still you will be needing 30% equity on the cost of the house construction

    so ibig po sabihin, if you're targetting a 2M house construction loan, you will need to have 600K on hand to avail of the said Pag-Ibig loan? tama po ba?
