    quick background...

pinuntahan ko mom ko last Sat then I noticed na yung house ng neighbor nya (incl yung katabing house) was demolished to be replaced by a commercial building) - hinuhukay na yung basement kaya super traffic...

then I realized... for constructions that big, ano kaya ginawa ng construction company sa septic tank/pozo negro nung house?

do they just load those things in a giant truck for disposal somewhere? wala lang, na-curios lang bigla

malamang sipsip muna. then demolish the tank, kasama na din sa excavation.

Unless, they will reused it for the new building

is it possible, they will re-use it or even upgrade it, instead of demolishing it?
or they can simply demolish and build over it.
and yes, the malabanan-type service providers do a simple job of slurping the mess.

I saw the hole they were digging... septic tank is gone!

ito nga naiisip ko... even if they call Malabanan... removing whats inside tapos demolishing the thing will still result to a very foul smell...

so possible na sip-sip, then demolish, then on the same day, load all crushed parts sa truck for transport? still a smelly day for the neighbors.
