Malls need to get high end flooring because of the high wear and tear from foot traffic.
Ayala Malls use natural stones such as granite but they import cheaper tiles for their real estate.

Rockwell spends for their flooring, even the parking lot is epoxy coated which is why its noisy.
Which mall's flooring looks cheap? Most of the NCR ones are pretty decent. It could just be really old and poorly maintained flooring like Makati Cinema Square
There is a grocery in Alabang where the floor is never straight and there is always someone repairing something

August 20th, 2022 03:21 PM #498May I ask some advice from you guys about lot acquisition. I'm eyeing to buy a piece of land (900sqm) for future use.
When I did an ocular, it's currently filled with sugarcane and grasses. The lot seems OK, until I checked Google maps.
The yellow box in the pictures is the said lot, what I'm curious about are the red arrows, do you think it is a small creek or waterway? Weird enough, this land feature didn't show during ocular.
