Van for Hire

I need a van, a Hi-Ace, Starex, or Urvan, to drive us from Makati on the afternoon of October 20, 2006 (Friday) and drop us off to Subic Bay Yacht Club. Then, on October 22, 2006 (Sunday) afternoon, it would pick us up from Subic Bay Yacht Club and drive us back to Makati.

I'm requesting for proposals/quotations from tsikoteers in the car rental business. Or, could you recommend a good and reliable car rental company.

• For 10 hr trips: excess 1 hour = 150.00
• For 24 hour trips excess 1 hour = 250.00
• For OFF-PEAK RATES subtract 500 to all rates greater than 2000.00. For rates 2000.00 and below off-peak is not applicable.
• DISCOUNTS shall be given for long term reservations!!!

VAN RENTAL RULES:

• Upon confirmation deposit at least 50% of the agreed price, it is only after the deposit is made shall the reservation be official.
• Deposit is non refundable, on emergency cases the reserved date can be moved to a later schedule provided that the van is free.
• Clients are in charge of the driver’s meals and lodging
• Accidents beyond our control are waved from our responsibility.
• For first time clients, Identification cards of passengers shall be presented to us before renting the van.
• For trips which requires more than 6 hours of continuous driving, a substitute driver would be required from our side. In case the client wishes to have the substitute driver from their side he or she should have a Professional Drivers license and experience in driving vehicles such as ours.

Bro, punta ka na lang sa Sta. Teresita sa Sta. Mesa, hanapin mo yung mga Van na bumi-byahe papuntang Quezon, (Me garage sila don, malapit sa Raymond Bus Station) at makipag-deal ka na lang sa drivero may ari nung Van..malamang eh mas makamura ka pa...Sila ang magda-drive at sagot nyo lang ang pagkain at tutulugan(if overnight)....maraming klase ng Van don, me Hi-Ace, Urvan, L300's at mga korean vans...just approach them na lang...tapos hingi ng discount....

Thanks for the replies. So far the lowest that I got is P2,500 - drop off only. Other expenses, such as gas, toll fees, etc. for my account. Or, P4,500, inclusive of all expenses. What do you think, guys & gals?
