    in my younger days, i would have wanted such a car lifter.
    but nowadays, i prefer a 24/7 on-call mechanic.

    It's for additional parking space .. and also for protection against flooding that occurs every decade or so ... they cost about 200T-300T ... but most are 3-phase ... there's option for single phase though ...

    i suppose, ... ideal to have manual means of lowering or lifting, for those brownout days...

    Generator ... LiFePO4 battery ... Parking lift or service lift will do since it will be used rarely ... whichever is cheaper ...
